Group Coaching Program Terms and Conditions

Effective date: Date of purchase
Program name: 3 Month Somatic Group Coaching for HSPs
Coach: Gabrielle Gonzalez
Business: Mindful Revamp Inc.
Contact email: ggonzalez@mindfulrevampinc.com

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in this Group Coaching Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Program purpose and scope

The Program is a psychoeducational group-coaching experience for adults. It includes general education, guided experiential exercises, demonstrations, modeling, course materials, live group calls, and a private online Community.

The Program may include education and practices informed by somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, mindfulness, visualization, internal-family-systems-informed concepts, parts work, emotional-regulation skills, and self-reflection. The Program is designed to support learning and personal practice; it does not promise or guarantee a particular outcome.

The Program is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for individual therapy or other professional care. Participation does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship between Gabrielle Gonzalez, Mindful Revamp Inc., and any participant.

The Program does not provide individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, trauma processing, crisis response, or individualized clinical advice. Gabrielle Gonzalez may provide general educational responses, demonstrations, modeling, videos, and guided exercises, but does not provide individualized treatment recommendations through the Program, Community, live calls, direct messages, email, or other Program channels.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information, exercise, practice, reflection, or suggestion presented in the Program.

2. Emotional and physical wellbeing

The Program may include body-awareness, grounding, visualization, mindfulness, self-reflection, sensory practices, micro-movements, somatic exercises, and IFS-informed or parts-work exercises. Such activities may bring up difficult emotions, memories, thoughts, body sensations, or other forms of distress.

You may pause, modify, decline, or discontinue any activity at any time. You are responsible for participating within your personal capacity, attending to your own physical and emotional wellbeing, and obtaining appropriate medical, mental-health, or other professional support when needed.

Do not start, stop, or change medication, therapy, medical treatment, or another healthcare plan based solely on Program materials. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding health, medical, or mental-health concerns.

The Program is not designed to process, treat, or resolve trauma. If you are seeking trauma treatment, individualized mental-health services, or support for significant symptoms, seek appropriate care from a qualified provider outside of this Program.

3. Crisis and emergency limitation

The Program is not monitored for emergencies and is not a crisis service. The Community, live calls, comments, direct messages, email, and other Program communication channels must not be used to seek emergency, crisis, or urgent mental-health support.

The Program is not intended for individuals experiencing an active mental-health crisis, active suicidal ideation with plan or intent, imminent risk of harm to self or others, or a need for intensive individual mental-health support.

If you are in immediate danger, believe you may harm yourself or another person, or are experiencing active suicidal ideation with plan or intent, call or text 988 in the United States, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact local emergency services. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or crisis service.

By enrolling, you represent that you are able to participate safely in a group-learning environment and agree to seek appropriate outside clinical, medical, or emergency support if your needs exceed the Program’s scope.

4. Community and coach availability

Participants may access the Community, course materials, and available Program content at any time during the active Program term. “Daily access” means participants may view materials and post in the Community daily. It does not mean Gabrielle Gonzalez is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or that she will respond individually to every post or message.

The Community is generally monitored [Sundays-Wednesdays and on Fridays, excluding federal holidays]. Mindful Revamp Inc. aims to provide general, group-relevant educational responses within [1-2] business days. A response is not guaranteed to every question, post, message, or comment.

Gabrielle Gonzalez does not provide individualized coaching, therapy, mental-health treatment, emergency services, or crisis intervention through the Community or any other Program communication channel.

5. Program format and content

The Program includes:

  • Immediate access to the Calmer in Conflict Exclusive Webinar

  • Immediate access to the Calmer in Conflict Guide

  • Immediate access to The HSP’s Guide to Processing Emotion

  • New course content released weekly beginning September 14, 2026

  • Twice-monthly, 90-minute live group-coaching calls

  • Access to the private Community during the active 12-week Program term

  • Educational content and group discussion related to somatic awareness, emotional regulation, self-reflection, and IFS-informed concepts

Program themes may include inner resourcing, sensory and creative practices, somatic regulation, cultivating calm and self-compassion, understanding protective patterns, recognizing emotional triggers, and integrating practices into daily life.

Mindful Revamp Inc. may reasonably adjust content, format, call dates, facilitators, technology, sequencing, or delivery platform when necessary. Mindful Revamp Inc. will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of material changes.

6. Live calls and recording consent

Live Program calls will be audio- and video-recorded. By enrolling in the Program and attending a live call, you expressly consent to recording of your name, voice, image, chat messages, and voluntary participation.

Recordings will be uploaded only to the private Community for the specific Program cohort in which you are enrolled. Recordings will not be shared publicly or made available to future Program cohorts without additional permission from the participants whose personal information appears in the recordings.

Recordings may remain accessible to enrolled members of your specific cohort as part of the Program materials. Mindful Revamp Inc. cannot guarantee complete privacy, confidentiality, security, or permanence in an online group environment.

If you prefer not to appear or participate verbally in a recording, you may choose not to attend live, keep your camera and microphone off, refrain from using the chat, or use replay materials where available. Your enrollment and live participation remain consent to the recording of the group session.

7. Privacy and group confidentiality

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants. You agree not to disclose, repeat, copy, publish, post, share, use, or discuss another participant’s name, identity, story, messages, appearance, personal information, or contributions outside of the Program without that person’s express permission.

Mindful Revamp Inc. expects participants to honor this commitment; however, it cannot guarantee that other group members will maintain confidentiality. You are responsible for deciding what personal information you choose to disclose in the Community, live calls, chat, messages, or other Program spaces.

Do not share identifying information or private details about another person—including a partner, child, family member, coworker, client, patient, or other third party—unless you have permission to do so.

You may not record, photograph, screenshot, download, reproduce, distribute, share, post, sell, or otherwise disclose live calls, Community content, course materials, chat messages, or another participant’s personal information without written permission from Mindful Revamp Inc. and express permission from each person whose personal information is involved.

8. Participant conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and in good faith. You may not harass, threaten, bully, shame, discriminate against, exploit, solicit, market to, recruit, diagnose, treat, or provide individualized clinical advice to other participants.

You may not use the Program or Community to:

  • Promote or sell your own products or services without prior written permission

  • Recruit clients, participants, or customers

  • Contact other participants outside the Program without their consent

  • Share harmful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive content

  • Seek or provide crisis intervention, diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, or individualized clinical treatment

  • Violate another participant’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or personal boundaries

Mindful Revamp Inc. may remove content, limit participation, suspend access, or terminate enrollment if it reasonably determines that a participant’s conduct is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, abusive, exploitative, or inconsistent with these Terms. A material violation may result in termination without a refund.

9. Program term and access

The live 12-week Program begins on September 14, 2026 and ends on December 2, 2026.

Private Community access is limited to the active Program term and ends on December 9, 2026. The private Community will not remain available after that date unless Mindful Revamp Inc. states otherwise in writing.

Participants receive immediate access to the stated bonus materials upon enrollment. Weekly course content begins releasing on September 14, 2026.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, participants receive ongoing access to course materials for the lifetime of the Program/platform. “Lifetime access” means the period during which Mindful Revamp Inc. continues to maintain and offer the Program or substantially equivalent content; it does not mean the lifetime of the participant.

Mindful Revamp Inc. may update, replace, remove, modify, or discontinue individual materials, content, or hosting platforms when reasonably necessary. The time-limited Community is separate from ongoing course access.

Missed calls, nonattendance, inability to access content because of a participant’s technology or internet issue, incomplete participation, or failure to use available materials do not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, private session, or make-up service.

10. Payment terms

Participants may select either a pay-in-full option or a payment plan. The exact price, payment amount, due dates, and number of installments are displayed at checkout.

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full stated Program price in the scheduled installments. It is not a monthly membership that can be canceled at any time.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Mindful Revamp Inc. and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount and on the dates disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, Mindful Revamp Inc. may suspend access to the Community, course materials, and Program calls until the account is brought current. Mindful Revamp Inc. may revoke access or seek to collect any unpaid balance to the extent permitted by law.

11. Refund and withdrawal policy

The early-bird pay-in-full option is nonrefundable after purchase.

No refunds, credits, or partial refunds are available after a coaching month has begun: September 14, 2026; October 14, 2026; and November 14, 2026.

No refund, credit, or partial refund will be issued due to missed calls, nonattendance, dissatisfaction with a subjective experience, unused Community access, incomplete course participation, inability to attend live, or failure to access available Program materials.

If an unforeseen circumstance requires you to withdraw, submit your request in writing to ggonzalez@mindfulrevampinc.com. Mindful Revamp Inc. may, in its sole discretion, cancel unpaid future installments. Cancellation of future installments does not create a refund for payments already made, and it does not create an obligation for Mindful Revamp Inc. or Gabrielle Gonzalez to provide individualized assessment, therapy, emergency intervention, or other services.

12. Intellectual property

All Program materials—including recordings, course modules, videos, audio, guides, worksheets, exercises, graphics, written materials, Community content, chat content, and live-call content—are owned by or licensed to Mindful Revamp Inc.

These materials are provided solely for your individual, personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, record, reproduce, download, distribute, sell, teach, modify, publish, post, share, sublicense, or create derivative works from Program materials without prior written permission from Mindful Revamp Inc.

13. No guarantee of results

Mindful Revamp Inc. and Gabrielle Gonzalez do not guarantee any particular emotional, physical, mental-health, relationship, personal, professional, or financial outcome from participation in the Program. Participant experiences and outcomes vary.

Any reference to calming, self-regulation, somatic practices, body awareness, internal systems, parts work, emotional triggers, the nervous system, or the vagus nerve is provided for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a guarantee of therapeutic or physiological results.

14. Technology and online access

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the technology, internet connection, software, and private setting necessary to access the Program. Mindful Revamp Inc. is not responsible for a participant’s inability to access calls, content, or the Community due to technology failure, internet disruption, user error, platform outage, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

15. Changes, termination, and severability

Mindful Revamp Inc. may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material updates will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the email address associated with your enrollment or through the Community.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Mindful Revamp Inc. may terminate or suspend Program access as described in these Terms. Sections concerning payment obligations, confidentiality and privacy expectations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue after Program access ends.

16. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You further acknowledge that:

  • The Program is educational group coaching, not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention.
