I’m a licensed therapist and mindfulness based+ somatic practitioner; and I’ve been leading mental health workshops and wellness retreats for high-performing, heart-centered professionals since 2021. My trauma-informed approach doesn’t just teach stress management- it teaches nervous system regulation from the inside out.

We’ll hop on a free 30-minute call where you can share your ideas, goals, and vision for your team. I’ll answer any questions and we’ll explore whether I’m the right fit to bring your event to life.

After our call, I’ll send you a project summary with the event breakdown, cost, and fees. Once you approve it and we confirm the date and location, you’ll officially reserve your spot!
(We’ll also book a Clarity Call, which is included in your package, to fine-tune everything.)

During the Clarity Call, we’ll dive deeper into your team’s needs, any custom touches you’d love to include, and finalize all event details.
Then, all that’s left to do is show up, settle in, and let the workshop or mini retreat do it’s magic.
